Only what you send us when you write: usually your name, your email and what you tell us. This website has no forms, sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising.
What for
To answer your request for information and, if you ask us, to let you know when Calado opens its first places.
Legal basis
Your consent, which you give when you write to us (article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation). You can withdraw it at any time, without affecting what came before.
How long
As long as needed to answer you. If you asked to be notified, until the launch or until you unsubscribe, whichever comes first. Then we delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Who receives it
No one, unless required by law. Our email provider and this website’s hosting provider process it on our behalf, as processors.
Website hosting
This website is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc., United States). When you visit it, GitHub records technical access data, such as your IP address, to provide the service and for security. GitHub states that it participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission considers adequate.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to hola@calado.app. If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
